The old familiar experience, that became in the 50ties with Cav. Bosco Messini, continue also today with the constant work of his daughter Deanna, who wants to go on with peculiar characteristics of production, fallowing personally every step of production, completely done into the farm. At the beginning of 90ties, after an attentively selection of the best vineyards, the farm started to product "Chianti Classico Wine", with an own brand: "Fornacino".
This operation made Fornacino Wine known and appreciated all around the world.
In the same time, the farm produces also an own Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.o.p.. Also this product has an own brand: “Podere Fornacino”.
The membership in the famous "Consorzio del Chianti Classico Gallo Nero" is another importance guarantee of highest quality of the production of wine and oil.
At testimony of all these thing we have every bottle of wine or oil that comes out from Fornacino farm.
